Bug fixing
Triage, fix and release with clear priorities and communication.
Support & Maintenance
Bug fixes, upgrades, monitoring and small improvements for live web and mobile products — so your software keeps working while your team focuses on what is next.
An application support and maintenance retainer covers fixing bugs, upgrading frameworks and dependencies, applying security patches, monitoring errors and uptime, keeping app-store builds current, and making small improvements — delivered within agreed business-hour response times and summarised in a monthly health report.

Yes. We begin with a short onboarding review of the code, infrastructure and known issues before committing to response times.
Response times are agreed per retainer and apply during business hours. We do not currently offer 24/7 on-call support.
Retainer terms, including how unused capacity is handled, are agreed in the proposal so there are no surprises.
