Written weekly update
Shipped, next, risks and decisions — easy to forward to stakeholders.
How we work
Clear phases, written decisions, working software every cycle, and security practices built in from the first day of access.
Delivery framework
Goals, users, workflows, data and constraints written down and agreed.
Data model, services, integrations and failure modes documented.
Weekly increments on staging with demos and code review.
Automated tests, accessibility, performance and security checks.
Production rollout, monitoring, handover and support.
Cadence
Shipped, next, risks and decisions — easy to forward to stakeholders.
Every increment deployed to a staging environment for review.
Calls in agreed overlap hours with the US, UK, Europe or Australia.
Questions and answers in your chat and tracker, so nothing waits for a meeting.
Architecture and scope decisions recorded with the reasoning behind them.
Risks to scope or timeline raised as soon as we see them, not at the deadline.
AI-assisted engineering
We use AI coding tools where they genuinely help — and keep senior engineers responsible for every line that ships.
Security & IP
Practical controls for a small senior team — stated plainly, without certificates we do not hold.
We sign your NDA, or provide ours, before confidential material is shared.
Named accounts, minimum permissions and access removed at offboarding.
Credentials kept in environment configuration or secret stores — never in code or chat.
Production data used only when necessary; test data and anonymisation preferred.
Code, designs and documentation assigned to you in the agreement.
Security headers, rate limiting, input validation and dependency updates as standard.
FAQ
Yes, for drafting, refactoring, tests and documentation. Every AI-assisted change is reviewed by a senior engineer, tested and held to the same standards as hand-written code. We never paste client secrets or confidential data into tools that are not approved for it.
Not at this stage. We follow security practices drawn from those frameworks — NDAs, least-privilege access, secrets management, encrypted storage and clean offboarding — and will answer your security questionnaire honestly.
A written weekly update covering what shipped, what is next, risks and decisions, plus a demo on staging at the end of each cycle.
