MVP Development

An MVP that proves the idea — and survives success

We help founders cut an idea down to the version worth building first, then ship it on web and mobile with foundations that will not need a rewrite when users arrive.

What is MVP development and what should it include?

MVP development is building the smallest version of a product that lets real users complete the core job, so you can learn whether the idea works before investing further. A good MVP includes the critical user journey, authentication, payments if you charge, basic analytics and an admin view — built on a data model and architecture that can be extended rather than thrown away.

Is this for you

Where we usually help

If any of these sound familiar, a short call is the fastest way to find out whether we are the right fit.

  • You have an idea and need to know what to build first
  • Investors or early customers are waiting for something they can use
  • A no-code or AI-built prototype has hit its limits
  • You need web and mobile from day one without two separate teams

What we deliver

MVP Development capabilities

01

Scope workshop

Turn the idea into user journeys, a prioritised feature list and a release plan.

02

Clickable prototype

Key screens designed and tested with users before code is written.

03

Web and mobile MVP

React or Next.js web app and Flutter apps for Android and iOS on one API.

04

Payments and accounts

Sign-up, roles, Stripe or Razorpay billing and transactional email.

05

Analytics from day one

Event tracking and an admin dashboard so you learn from every user.

06

Launch and iterate

Store submission, production deployment and a plan for version two.

How we work

A delivery approach you can follow

Written plans, visible progress and decisions recorded as we go — so nothing depends on memory.

  1. Cut the scope

Agree the one job the MVP must do well, and what waits.

  2. Design the core flow

Prototype, test and refine the critical journey.

  3. Build in weekly increments

Working software on staging every week.

  4. Launch and measure

Ship, watch real usage and plan the next release.

FAQ

MVP Development: common questions

How long does it take to build an MVP?

It depends on the number of user roles, platforms and integrations. After a scope workshop we give you a phased plan with indicative timings for each release rather than a single guessed date.

Should our MVP be web, mobile or both?

Start where your users already are. Many B2B products start on the web; consumer products often need mobile. With Flutter and a shared API, adding the second platform later is straightforward.

Will we need to rebuild after the MVP?

Not if the foundations are right. We keep scope small but build the data model, authentication and API properly, so later versions extend the MVP instead of replacing it.
