FAQ

Everything you might ask before you enquire

What is ImliStack?

ImliStack is an India-based digital engineering and technology consulting company. We design, build and modernise custom software, web applications, Flutter, Android and iOS apps, APIs and integrations, and cloud systems for businesses internationally.

Which countries do you work with?

We work remotely with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and India, with scheduled working-hour overlap for each time zone.

What services do you offer?

Custom software development, web application development, mobile app development, API and integration engineering, cloud and DevOps engineering, AI integration and automation, software modernisation and technology consulting.

How much does a project cost?

Cost depends on scope, integrations and timeline. We send a written proposal with scope, assumptions, exclusions and price after an initial conversation. Fixed-scope entry engagements are a lower-risk way to start.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

It depends on the number of user roles, integrations and platforms. After discovery we provide a phased plan with indicative durations rather than a single guessed date.

Who owns the source code?

You do. Source code, infrastructure accounts, designs and documentation created for your project belong to you.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDAs before reviewing confidential material or accessing your systems.

Do you build both Android and iOS apps?

Yes. We use Flutter to deliver Android and iOS apps from one codebase, and native Kotlin or Java for Android when a project needs deep platform integration.

Can you take over an existing project from another vendor?

Yes. We usually begin with a codebase audit so you know the state of the system, then stabilise it before adding features.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes, through maintenance and support retainers during agreed business hours, covering fixes, upgrades, monitoring and small improvements. We do not currently offer 24/7 operations.

How do you communicate during a project?

Written weekly updates, a shared backlog, demos at the end of each cycle and scheduled calls. We work in your tools where possible.

Do you work with startups or enterprises?

Both. Startups and growing businesses typically engage us for product builds; established companies for modernisation, integrations, audits and specialist capacity.
